Why Becoming a Storyteller May Be the Most Important Thing You Do in Your Life

In my latest video book review/cultural rant, I consider an odd shift going on in popular culture. We’re not longer telling the kinds of stories that people used to tell for millennia. And the potential consequences are more dire than you might think.

In the course of this longish video (which, I apologize, has really bad quality… I’m working on a solution to this), I share my thoughts about Star Trek: Discovery, Robert Jackson Bennet’s City of Stairs, and the first in the Malazan Book of the Fallen.
