When I gave my lecture on “Why Storytelling May Be the Most Important Thing You Do With Your Life” at Doxamoot earlier this year, one person responded with especial enthusiasm. Chris Macintosh, aka “Grandfather Rock” to his listeners, has a Rock, Soul, and Gospel show on public radio in Long Island.
He asked if I’d ever like to come by and chat about the creative life. I thought probably not. Long Island is not that close, and as you might know, I have a rather insanely full life as it is. But things turned out in such a way that a side trip to Long Island suddenly made sense.
So last night, I was thrilled to join Chris for my first ever live radio interview experience over at WCWP 88.1 at Long Island University. I had a blast!
